There is no waste gas generated in this project.
2. Water Environment Impact Analysis
Rainwater and sewage diversion, production wastewater is treated by the factory sewage treatment plant, and domestic wastewater is pretreated by septic tanks. After meeting the standards of the "Xianju County Industrial Enterprise Wastewater Discharge Management Regulations" (Xianzhengfa [2008] No. 74), it is discharged into the municipal sewage pipeline network and centrally treated by the Xianju County Urban Sewage Treatment Plant. The concentration of the tail water discharge follows the "Main Water Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (DB33/2169-2018) Table 1. The main water pollutant discharge limits of the existing urban sewage treatment plants are implemented, and the basic control items of other pollutants except CODCr, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen are implemented in Table 1 of the "Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standards" (GB18918-2002) Table 1, Grade A. On the basis of normal production and conscientious implementation of various pollution prevention and control measures proposed in this environmental impact assessment, ensure the normal operation of all treatment facilities, and ensure that the discharge of pollutants comprehensively and stably meets the requirements of national and local environmental protection standards, without causing significant adverse effects on the surrounding environment. It meets the requirements for pollutant discharge standards and the total control requirements for major pollutant emissions stipulated by the national and provincial regulations.
